PROPERTIES

Xantophyll carotenoid pigment that provides the yellow coloration and is essential for yellow lipochromes.
Improves the color intensity and brightness of red lipochromes.
Also has antioxidant properties that foster immunity and overall good health. They especially help to prevent the eyesight alteration due to premature eye ageing that often makes birds under 3 years old go blind in some races.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

To be administered a week before birth until the second living week, except for mosaic birds. For these birds, coloration should only be undertaken beginning in the young molting phase. The treatment must be continued during the molting time, all the while avoiding excesses that would generate a yellow coloration that is too intense and, therefore, penalized by competition standards.
All dyes weaken the liver; therefore it is recommended that birds be given hepatoprotective substances regularly.

DOSAGE

1 to 2 tablespoons per kilo of feed or 1 to 2 teaspoons in drinking water.
